Our Professional Courses will equip you with all of the necessary skills and knowledge you need to kickstart your career as a professional pet groomer. Professional Foundation Course
The Professional Foundation Course is a comprehensive programme for students looking to start an exciting career in pet grooming. This course will equip you with all the necessary skills, knowledge and technique so that by the end of it, you’ll be more than prepared to sit for the SKC Class C/D Grooming Examination and become a professional pet groomer!

Professional Intermediate Course
Completed the Foundation Course/SKC Class C Examination and looking to further your learning? Our Professional Intermediate Course will be the next step for you! In this course, learn show grooming techniques and all the technical know-how of properly maintaining a show poodle.

Professional Advanced Course
Congratulations on completing your Intermediate Course/SKC Class B Examination! Take your learnings to the next level by signing up for our Professional Advanced Course. Apart from picking up new show grooming cutting techniques, you’ll also get hands-on experience in fur colouring. By the end of this 20-lesson programme, you’ll be ready to take part in the SKC Class A Grooming Examination.

Pet Owner Workshop
Be well on your way to better pet ownership with this workshop where we guide you through the fundamentals of pet care. During this 12-day programme, we share with you useful skills on how to properly clean, bathe, dry, brush and maintain your pet.

Professional Pet Groomer / Pet Grooming Instructor
Founder and head groomer at Dollhouse Pets, Rachel started Dollhouse Academy with the aim of nurturing budding professional pet groomers and teaching pet owners everything they need to know to become even better pet parents. Rachel has been grooming dogs, cats, and small animals since 2005, and over the past decade, she has acquired various awards and certificates as a demonstration of her expertise.
