How do I join the Dollhouse Pets Membership?
You can sign up for free on our website here or by clicking on the heart icon at the bottom right.
How to Earn & Redeem Points?
You'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on grooming or retail. Points are automatically added when you check out, as long as you have an account with us.
Points can be redeemed for vouchers and special treats. Just check the Rewards section to see what you're eligible for!
What counts toward Premium Tier?
Once you've accumulated 10000 Paw Points, you'll be automatically upgraded to Premium Tier. You'll be awarded 2x Paw Points in this tier.
How do I check my point balance?
Log in to your profile on our website to check your membership profile!
