    For your convenience, we provide a pet taxi service

    to and from the shop at affordable rates from Monday - Friday.

    Our fully air-conditioned pet transport vehicle is kept clean and sanitised daily to ensure a comfortable ride for our furry passengers so that they will enjoy their cute ride to Dollhouse Pets.

  • Transport Timing:

    Pick up: 10.30am - 2pm

    Send Home: 3pm - 7pm

    15 minutes before arrival, the transport driver will drop you a text/call. You are required to bring your pet(s) to where the driver will be waiting in the vehicle.

    Add Ons:

    Door Step Pickup: additional $5 per trip

    Specific Pickup Timing: additional $15 per trip

    ​

    Waiting Charge: 

    $10 for the first and subsequent 10 minutes (applies if you are late to send down or pick up your pet)

    ​

    No Show Fee:

    In the event that you are uncontactable, the driver will not wait, and the transport fee will still apply.

    Please let us know in advance if you require a specific transport timing, additional pet or doorstep pickup.
