Booking Policy

Transportation Policy 

- For transport bookings:  Your appointment will only be confirmed once we receive a deposit of $30. Please make your deposit after making a booking. Deposits can be made on our website under "Book Now".

- After deposit is made, please send us a screenshot via WhatsApp to +6564989820.  Please note that the deposit applies to all transport bookings. We will then notify you on the available transport slots on WhatsApp. 

- Our standard transport timing is between 11am-2pm and between 3-7pm. 15 minutes before arrival the transport driver will drop you a text/call. You are required to bring your pet/s to where the driver will be waiting in the vehicle.

Rates: 

▹ Standard Pickup/Drop off: $5-15 per trip depending on location (check the rates here: https://www.dollhousepets.com/transport)

▹ Doorstep Pickup: additional $5 per trip 

▹ Specific Pick up timing: additional $15 per trip 

▹ Second pet onwards at the same location: additional $3 per trip 

▹ Waiting Charge: $10 for the first and subsequent 10 minutes (applies if you are late to send down or pick up your pet) 

▹ No show fee: In the event that you are uncontactable, the driver will not wait, and the transport fee will still apply.

 

Please let us know in advance if you require a specific transport timing, additional pet or doorstep pickup.

The deposit amount will be offset from your grooming bill. Please note that in the event of no-show, or last minute cancellation of less than 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. 

If you need to postpone your appointment please inform us more than 48 hours ahead of time via WhatsApp to avoid getting your deposit forfeited. Thank you!☺️

A 10% late payment fee applies if payment is not made before your pet is sent home. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

For all appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the confirmed booking, the Company reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of $30.
