As we approach the festive Chinese New Year, we would like to inform you of our upcoming surcharge period. From January 9 to February 9, there will be a surcharge for all grooming services at our salon.
We highly recommend booking your grooming appointments early to secure your preferred time slots, as they tend to fill up quickly during this period.
Terms & Conditions:
• All grooming appointments must be confirmed with an upfront payment of the applicable surcharge.
• The surcharge is applicable per pet for all services at our salon.
• Promotional offers are not available during this peak period.
• Package holders will continue to enjoy their usual perks on Grooming Services and have the option to deduct the surcharge from their package.
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the surcharge fee is non-refundable.
• If there are any changes made to the appointment date, a new surcharge fee will be required for the new booking.
• Dollhouse Pets reserves the right to modify the terms of this promotion without prior notice. In case of any disputes, our decision will be considered final and binding.
