Furever Fresh Package – Terms & Conditions

1. Package Inclusions – The Furever Fresh Package includes:

• 1 Basic Grooming Session per month
• 1 Full Grooming Session per month
• 1 Full-Body Pet Profile Photoshoot + 1 Digital Copy from Pojeu Studio per month
• Free Unlimited Haircut Touch-Ups
• 1 Spa Session per month
  
  

2. Sign-Up & Validity:

• A minimum sign-up of 3 months is required.
• Each package is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase and must be utilised within that period. Unused services will not be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged.
• Customers who sign up for 6 months will receive a $100 voucher to use at Dollhouse Pets or Pojeu Studio.

3. Eligibility – This package is available for dogs weighing 0-5kg only.

4. Limited Availability – The Furever Fresh Package is limited to 10 slots only and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Appointment & Scheduling:

• All sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.

6. Unlimited Haircut Touch-Ups – Touch-ups are limited to minor trims and shaping between full grooming sessions. This does not include full restyling or coat corrections.

7. Photoshoot Session:

• The pet profile photoshoot is redeemable at Poeju Studio and must be booked separately.
• Only one digital copy is included; additional images can be purchased.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

9. Health & Safety:

• Pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases.
• Dollhouse Pets reserves the right to refuse service to pets with severe matting, skin conditions, or aggressive behaviour. Additional charges may apply for special handling.
  

10. Pricing & Payment:

• The package price is subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of sign-up.

11. Liability: While we take the utmost care with every pet, Dollhouse Pets and Pojeu Studio are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unexpected reactions to grooming, spa treatments, or photoshoots.

12: Acceptance of Terms: Signing up for the Furever Fresh Package constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
